Mirow provides a platform that connects pet owners with pet sitters, walkers, groomers, and other pet service providers ("Service Providers"). Users can book appointments for pet care services through the App.
You may need to create an account to access certain features of the App or Services. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep your login credentials confidential.
By booking services through the App, you agree to pay the fees associated with the services as outlined in the App. Mirow is not responsible for any disputes or issues that arise between users and Service Providers.
Mirow does not provide pet care services directly. Service Providers are independent contractors responsible for their own actions and services. Mirow does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided by Service Providers.
When you opt in to receive messages from MiRoW App, we'll send a
confirmation message. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring
automated messages via SMS and email, including service updates and
marketing. Message frequency may vary.
Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.
Standard message and data rates may apply. Your mobile provider is not
responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent is not a
condition of purchase.
To stop receiving SMS messages, reply "STOP." To
unsubscribe from email, use the "unsubscribe" link in
any email. You may also reply "HELP" or contact us at
info@mirow.app for assistance.
If you change or transfer your mobile number, you agree to reply
"STOP" or email us at info@mirow.app.
We may change or end our messaging program at any time. Continued use
means you accept any updates. For more details, see our
Privacy Policy.
You agree to use the App and Services in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the App or Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
Mirow is not liable for any damages or losses arising out of your use of the App or Services. In no event shall Mirow's liability exceed the fees paid by you for the services in question.
Mirow reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the App or Services after any such changes, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florida, United States.
